Subscription traps for auction properties

Acquiring real estate through auction sounds interesting to many people. In contrast to conventional real estate purchases, there are no notary and brokerage costs to pay when auctioning.

You can now find many subscription providers on the Internet who offer consumers documents about auction properties for a fee. Market value reports, photos and official announcements can be purchased there. In order to view the documents, it is often necessary to take out a paid subscription, usually lasting one year. These services may sound attractive to many interested parties.

What many people don't know, however, is that the documents offered are public and free on the Internet at www.zvg-portal.de can be found.

The website www.zvg-portal.de is operated by the joint federal and state justice portal. There you will find all properties to be auctioned within the Federal Republic of Germany as well as all documents available for the respective auction property such as the exposé, market value reports, official announcements, etc. The auction date and the auction location are also announced there. In most cases, paid subscriptions only offer advantages through active email notifications about postponements of auction dates. If you have the time, you can also find out (free of charge) on the website www.zvg-portal.de Inform about postponements. The subscriptions to auction properties are basically useless.

You have taken out a paid subscription to auction properties and would like to know whether you can get out of it before the end of the contract term? I would be happy to check this for you. Get in touch for a consultation today.
